Easy Pinoy Adobo Ingredients:
* 250 grams pork (liempo)
* ¾ cup soy sauce
* 1/3 cup white vinegar
* bay leaf
* onions, garlic, peppercorns
Easy Pinoy Adobo Cooking Procedure:
1). Cut pork into serving sizes. Marinate for 30 minutes (or overnight) in soy sauce, few drops of Worcestershire sauce, ground black pepper.
2). Pan fry the pork in olive oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Pan frying the meat will lock in the flavours. Set aside.
3). In the same pan, sauté garlic and onions. Add in the pork, stir in for 2-3 minutes.
4). Pour in soy sauce (from the marinade) and half a cup of water (add more until meat is tender).
5). Add in peppercorns and bay leaf. Let boil until meat is tender.
6). Pour in vinegar and let boil for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
